Is there a minimum order required?List Item 2
Yes, there is a minimum quantity of one dozen required per order, however individual cookies may be accomodated for an additional small batch fee.

How far in advance do I need to order?List Item 3
Because this is done on a part-time basis, we do request at least two weeks notice from the requested pick up date. There are a limited number of orders allowed per week, so placing an order well in advance is your best bet to guarantee your order is accepted.
If providing less than two weeks notice, a rush fee will be added to the cost of your purchase.

Are the cookies allergen-free?List Item 4
The cookies contain eggs, wheat, and dairy. While the recipe does not contain any nuts, the environment is not nut free and recipe does include almond extract.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery is available for an extra fee and would be determined by travel distance. If interested, please inquire for pricing.

How are cookies packaged?
Cookies are individually bagged and then heat sealed to maintain freshness for up to several weeks.

Do I need to have a specific idea in mind?
No. Orders can vary between a very general idea/theme that you give us creative freedom on, all the way to a specific cookie in mind. We do our best to accomodate any vision you may have, but if you don't have anything specific in mind we can give some ideas.

What if I am not happy with the final outcome of my order?
All sales are final. If not satisfied, all uneaten items must be returned within 24 hours to determine if a credit or refund will be issued. Refunds will be determined on an individual basis and are not guaranteed.

How do I handle/store cookies?
Cookies are baked goods and as such can be fragile. If picking up, please clear a flat surface within your vehicle to place the box.
It is recommended that cookies be stored at room temperature. Cookies can be frozen within the heat sealed bags for use at a later date, but thawing could impact the integrity of the design.

Is The Cookie MOMster a licensed bakery?
No, this location operates under the regulations of the Wisconsin Cottage Food Laws, which allows me to bake and sell goods out of my home. I am not subject to state licensing and/or inspection.
